October Family of the Month
What was the original reason your family has come in to get chiropractic care (original symptoms/problems)?
Steve first sought chiropractic care after being rear-ended in an accident in December 2023, which led to persistent neck pain. A few days later, he reached out to TOR for help with his recovery. In 2024, Mary experienced a strain in her back and neck and, after seeing the improvements Steve had made, decided to begin care at TOR as well.
y to bring in their son, James, who had sustained an injury playing baseball. Although cleared by the school’s athletic trainer, he continued to experience lingering pain.
Their eldest daughter, Jessica, who has been diagnosed with scoliosis, was also brought in to help manage her back pain—thanks to Dr. Seth, they are now pursuing care that may help her avoid surgery. Lastly, Josephine, an avid Acro dancer, began to experience leg pain and general discomfort, leading the family to include her in their chiropractic care plan as well.
Life Improvements Gained Through Chiropractic Care:
Since beginning care at TOR, each member of our family has experienced or is on the path to experiencing meaningful improvements in their daily lives and overall well-being.
What Does Living Your Optimal Life Mean to You?
For our family, living an optimal life means being healthy, pain-free, and able to enjoy the things we love—without limitations.
For Mary, it’s the relief and balance that chiropractic adjustments bring—helping her manage the physical and mental stress that comes with being a full-time mom, student, and employee. Feeling good physically allows her to show up fully for all the roles she plays.
For James, it’s about staying active and pursuing his passion for baseball without the setbacks of lingering pain or injury.
For Jessica, living her optimal life means experiencing less back pain and having a treatment plan in place—thanks to the collaboration between Dr. Seth and her scoliosis specialist. With continued care, she’s on a path to a more comfortable and confident future.
For Josephine, it’s about continuing to grow strong and healthy, being able to dance freely and ride her bike without training wheels—enjoying childhood to the fullest, without pain holding her back.
Ultimately, optimal living for our family means staying active, supported, and aligned—so we can enjoy life together, with energy, joy, and resilience.
